• Pro tip: Because the hopper holds 3 gallons, a 5-gallon batch leaves ~2 gallons for quick refills.

How Much Do You Need? 👥

We recommend 5 gallons for up to ~40 moderate drinkers. Planning for heavier consumption or more than 40 guests? Go big with 10 gallons so nobody’s left staring sadly at an empty spout. 🥲➡️😄

Margarita Mixing Example (5 Gallons) 🍋

1. 2 bottles tequila
2. 1 bottle margarita mix
3. Fill the rest of the provided 5-gallon jug with water and mix thoroughly
4. Pour into the hopper, allow proper freeze time, then serve!

Safety note: Don’t let the hopper drop below ¾ full, or you’ll need extra freeze time — and nobody likes waiting when there’s a lime wedge involved. 🍈
