Booking & Reservations
How far in advance should I book? For standard events, we recommend reserving your rentals 2–4 weeks ahead. For holidays and peak seasons — graduations, the spring wedding season, and the busy fall and winter months — we suggest booking 2 or more months in advance, as our calendar fills quickly.
How do I reserve my date? Simply contact us by phone or through our website with your event details. Your date and items are officially secured once your deposit is received.
Can I make changes to my order after booking? Of course. We understand celebrations evolve. Reach out as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
Pricing, Deposits & Payments
What is required to secure my reservation? A 30% deposit reserves your date and rental items. Until the deposit is received, items remain available to other clients.
When is my final balance due? The remaining balance is due 2 days before your event.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards along with convenient digital payment options. (Confirm or adjust this line to match your processor.)
Is there an order minimum? Yes — delivery orders have a $100 minimum.
Delivery & Pickup
Do you deliver, and what area do you serve? We proudly serve the greater Houston area and deliver within a 50-mile radius of Katy, Texas. Hosting your event a little farther out? Just ask — we're happy to travel beyond our standard area upon request.
Is there a delivery fee? Yes, a delivery fee applies and is based on the distance to your venue and the size of your order. We'll provide an exact quote with your reservation. (Update with your specific fee structure if you'd like it listed.)
Does someone need to be present for delivery and pickup? Yes. An adult over the age of 18 must be present at both drop-off and pickup to confirm the order and inspect the items.
Setup & Teardown
Do you handle setup and teardown? Setup and teardown are included with select packages and available as an add-on service for most other rentals. Let us know what your event needs and we'll make sure everything is ready for you to simply enjoy the day.
Our Rentals
What do you offer? We rent everything you need to bring a beautiful gathering to life — tents, tables, chairs, linens, lighting, dance floors, and our signature bubble house.
Can I rent the bubble house? Yes! Our bubble house is one of our most-loved offerings and a memorable addition to any celebration.
Do you offer photo booths? We do — through our sister company, Creme de la Click Photobooths. Ask us about adding a photo booth to your event for picture-perfect memories.
Permits
Do I need a permit for my tent? Permit requirements depend on the size of the tent and your venue or local regulations. If a permit is required, we're able to pull it on your behalf for a fee. We'll help you determine what's needed during the planning process.
Care of Rental Items
What happens if an item is damaged or returned excessively dirty? We ask that all items be returned in reasonable condition. In the event of damage or excessive soiling, a fee of $150 or the full replacement cost of the item — whichever applies — will be charged.
Cancellations & Weather
What is your cancellation policy? All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
What happens if there's bad weather? We understand the Texas skies can be unpredictable. In the case of a weather-related cancellation, your event may be rescheduled and your deposit will be held as a credit toward your new date, valid for up to one year.
