• Recommendation: for parties over 40 guests (or heavy drinkers), reserve 10 gallons.
• Suggested mix per 5 gallons: 2 bottles tequila + 1 bottle margarita mix + water to top of jug. Machine needs ~2 hours after setup to reach frozen consistency.
• Keep hoppers at least 3/4 full — if they run too low, the machine will need the full 2-hour freeze again.
• Customer is responsible for emptying the 5-gallon mixing jugs prior to pickup; no cleaning required.
